Review Section Rules and Guidelines

This is the Review Section. Here you can read about the reviews and how you can request a review for our reviewers to complete. All reviews are copyrighted by their maker and they must stay within the community.

Review Rules

1. All members requesting a review must be at least Administrators. If not a visible administrator then an image is needed prooving you have admin access.
   
2. All reviews must follow the guidelines and must have the necessary criteria.
   
3. You may bump your review topic after the time span of 48 hours if a reviewer has not responded to the review topic.
   
4. All reviews requested that do not include the needed information will be locked and moved to the locked topics.
   
5. If you want to request a review after your old review is moved to locked topics you have to wait one week/seven days from the day the topic is moved to locked topics and then request an other review. The limited time before an other review can be requested is one week/seven days.
   
6. All of the rules of this forum, have to be used within the section too.
   
7. If you have any questions regarding the reviews must be asked in the questions topic within the section.
   
8. Each member can request one review at a time.
   
9. Only Official Reviewers can use the template of reviews and they only can provide reviews to member requests.
   
10. Once a reviewer has provided a review the topic will remain unlocked for one week and then moved to locked topics.
    
11. If a review request has been created and no response from either the member nor the reviewer is done then the topic will be moved to locked topics and rule number 5 will take place.

Guidelines

The review section provides reviews of these types below:

Simple Review:
Criteria:

• 5 members
• 10 topics

Services:

• Simple description of the reviewer's point of view and some feedback on the page. The review will be maximum 2 paragraphs long. A score out of 10 is given for the entire page.

Area Review
Criteria:

• 20 members
• 50 topics

Services:

• In depth description of the reviewer's point of view and some feedback on the area requested. The review will be 1 paragraph and will have information for the requested area. The request can be for one or two areas maximum. A score out of 10 will be given for each area reviewed.

Advanced Review
Criteria:

• 50 members
• 100 topics

Services

• A in depth description of the reviewer's point of view and some feedback on the page. The review will be analyzed and provided in separated paragraphs for each area reviewed. For each area the reviewer will provide a score out of 10 and then the total score will be provided under the review which will be the sum of the scores divided by the areas reviewed.

Areas for Area Review and Advanced Review

These are the areas a reviewer can review:

• Impressions: a small paragraph for the reviewer's first impression of the page.
  
• Appearance: the reviewer will provide feedback and some information about the appearance of the page.
  
• Activity: the reviewer will provide feedback and some information about the activity the page has (for posts and members).
  
• Layout and Organization: the reviewer will provide feedback and some information about the layout and organization the page has.
  
• Other Information: the reviewer will provide feedback and information that are not mentioned above in other areas and feel that they are needed. Examples of this paragraph can be grammar or spelling mistakes, additional information about something that was not fitting etc.

At the end of the review the reviewer has to sum up the scores of the above 6 paragraphs and divide the score by 6 to provide a total score out of 10.

Note that: If you don't specify what review you want the reviewer to provide, then your review will be reviewed only on Impressions.

Please have in mind that the reviews that will be provided within this section are personal thoughts of the reviewer and they are not to offend anyone. All thoughts are respected and if you disagree with the reviewer you may discuss it with them on your topic before the review is moved to locked topics.
